John S. Gleason is Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court. He directs the office of the Supreme Court responsible for lawyer admissions, registration, regulation, and client protection. Mr. Gleason is active nationally in the areas of lawyer ethics, client protection, and judicial conduct. Prior to his position with the Supreme Court, he was in private practice with a Denver law firm.

Penny Pether is a professor of law at Villanova University School of Law, where she teaches constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, law and literature, criminal law and criminal procedure. Prior to joining Villanova in 2005, she taught law at several U.S. law schools and taught and practiced law in Australia.

Dennis Kaw is the general counsel for Appliance Factory Outlet and its affiliates. AFO owns and operates a chain of retail stores, is the 43rd largest appliance dealer in the country, and is ranked 41st in Colorado Business Magazine’s list of Top 250 Privately Held Companies 2011. Dennis manages all of AFO’s legal needs, including litigation, employment, compliance, and intellectual property. He is also responsible for developing and implementing AFO’s growth strategies.

Annita is responsible for oversight of all legal matters for Red Robin, including compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Red Robin, Annita served as vice president, secretary and deputy general counsel with Molson Coors Brewing Company. She was formerly in private practice, and has more than 27 years' experience in law with an emphasis on SEC and public companies work, mergers, acquisitions and corporate law.
